It was a year ago today that we lost our perfect boy. He was just shy of his 15th birthday, but I think he thought he was just a young pup - maybe 12. š¶š Bingley was the most cherished, pampered, adored, and indulged member of of our family, and we wouldnāt have had it any other way. He brought so much joy to the 14+ years we were lucky enough to have him. I have sat down to write about him so many times over the last year and there simply arenāt enough LOVE words in the English language to describe how much he meant to us. He was truly one of the greatest gifts Iāve ever known. And while we opted out of the human parent commitment, we wouldnāt have traded the Bingley parent commitment for anything. And me being me š, I think it might have turned into as time consuming of parenting as it practically is for human parents. He had his studies, his sports, his tutoring. All the usual extra curriculars. Right? š¤·āāļø As the months went on, the profound pain of missing him slowly shifted to the contentment of watching bedtime āBoozyā videos (we have soooo many), and the occasional shuffling feet or phantom barks that surface when we need them most. There will never be a day that he isnāt loved and indelibly missed. He was THE BEST kid we could have ever had. š¢ā¤ļø
We wanted to share some pictures. Unfortunately (or fortunately for yāall), the thousands that we have are on a computer at home. So Iāll make do with the 20 or so I have with me. š Most are from his modeling debut of his 14th birthday photoshoot. Enjoy!

Hi guys, thanks for sharing the sweet photos & video of Bingley. What a beautiful soul he was. š¶ā¤ļø Sending you Lots of love today and always, Heather
AWWWW. I remember when Craig told me about Bingley's passing. I am not an animal lover, but I'm not a hater either. The way he spoke about Bingley was so heart-felt and emotional. Then he showed me a photo of Bingley and I immediately fell in love. I went home and told my husband that we need a dog that looks like "this". Maybe someday. Bingley looks like he "got" you and knew you inside and out and loved you completely. That is a beautiful thing. Thank you for sharing Bingley with us.
Good morning! I hope this day will be a good one for both of you. I love, love these pics of Bingley and have to agree with you- he is about the cutest dog Iāve ever seen and certainly the most loved. How blessed he was to be part of your family. Sending love and prayers to you both. Susie Lashly
Precious!
